Irma made the whole home-buying process easy and far less intimidating than other lenders. She was super sweet and handled our aggressive/rude seller with an amazing attitude. I never got the chance to thank her, so thank you, Irma!

Getting the loan took a while and a lot of paper work. Irma was fantastic to work with, so helpful and diligent. Irma was very knowledgeable during the whole process. She was delightful to work with and always keep me up to date on the status of loan.
